Chargrilled baby artichokes w/ pink peppercorn mayo & fried parsley

Roast jerk-marinated chicken on sweet plantain crisps w/ pineapple, coriander & red chilli salsa

Salt cod brandade w/ slow cooked baby tomatoes & Kalamata olives on sourdough toasts w/ soft thyme 

 

Bowls

Orzo w/ broad beans, violet artichokes & ricotta, shaved pecorino & toasted pine nuts

Beef ribeye w/ crispy pressed potato cake, tarragon mayo, watercress & pickled walnut salad

Chicken curry laksa w/ coconut milk & lime rice noodles, crispy shallot & red chilli curls

White chocolate tart in a dark chocolate pastry shell w/ raspberries & cream 

 

Buffets

Rosemary & garlic marinated chargrilled butterflied leg of lamb

Cardamom & cumin spiced basmati rice cooked w/ lentils, caramelized onions & coriander leaf

Baked aubergine layered w/ sweet-sour tomato caper sauce w/ black olives, basil, aged feta & pine nuts

Sicilian-style grilled mackerel w/ lemon zest, sultanas, parsley & crisp sourdough crumbs

Dark chocolate & espresso pots, whipped cream, strawberry, chocolate coffee beans 

We all ate the most delicious chestnut soup with quail and harissa which was mind-bogglingly good.
